Our philosophy

Private by design.

Behavior change requires honesty at 11pm. Honesty requires privacy. The less we hold, the more you can say.

We know your email. On purpose — and not much else.

No real name required. No phone number. No address book, no contacts, no location. Your email is how you sign in and how your morning reflection arrives; it is the one piece of identity we asked for.

Sophia forgets the conversation. She keeps the lesson.

When you talk with Sophia, the exchange is compressed into a short, fully paraphrased note — the themes, a mood signal, one lever, one next step — and the raw conversation is discarded. Companion chats are never stored; support chats are purged within 24 hours. What remains is a summary of what she's learning about how your days work, so she can coach you toward your goals — and you can read and correct it.

Your reflections are yours.

The one true thing you write each night is stored for one reader: you. It hangs in your gallery so you can walk back through your own days. It is never mined for advertising, never sold, never shared.

Labs are read, then the raw values are deleted.

If you paste a lab result, Sophia reads it and writes one short, plain-language steer. Once that note is written, the raw values are erased from our store — the steer stays, the numbers don't.

We built the room quiet so you could think in it.
