Future report methodology

State Of Human Wellbeing Report

This report will track the lived layer of wellbeing: how people describe the days behind normal lab results, wearable scores, and busy calendars.

Status: methodology only

This page is a public standard for future aggregate reporting. It does not publish findings yet, and it will not imply outcomes before the evidence threshold is met.

Questions this report will answer

  • What do people report on days that feel meaningfully good?
  • Which sources of stress show up most often before hard days?
  • How often do connection and purpose appear in better-day reflections?
  • What patterns differ by life stage or work context?
