Do I need a wearable or lab report?
No. You can start with nightly reflection only. Screenshots from a ring or lab report can add context later, but the core loop is the daily close.
Is HealthBrew medical advice?
No. HealthBrew is educational self-reflection, not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, crisis support, or financial advice. Consult your physician for medical decisions.
Is HealthBrew on iOS?
HealthBrew works in the browser now and is built to become a native app experience. Until an App Store download is live, the web app is the current signup and daily-use path.
What happens to my data and my labs?
No legal name required, no birthday — just an email, an avatar, and a timezone. If you bring in labs, HealthBrew reads the key patterns into a plain-language note Sophia remembers, then deletes the raw lab values. The plain-language note is what stays.
