Two ways to run it
- Walk every dayHabit circle
Everyone walks 20 minutes and checks in. Use the stopwatch, or one tap when you get home.
- Add up miles togetherGoal circle
Set a target for each person, like 30 miles in 30 days. Everyone types in their miles, and the circle total climbs past each marker as the group adds up.
Set it up in two minutes
- Open HealthBrew and start a circle.
- Name it, choose 30 days, and pick how people check in: a tap, the stopwatch, or a number in miles.
- Send the link to your group chat. Up to 25 people, you included.
Keep it small enough for a bad day
Twenty minutes is plenty. A walk you skip because it felt too big does less than a short one you take. Missing a day doesn't knock anyone out: there is no ranking, just check-ins and cheers.
Want it to stick past the last day? It helps to track it next to the rest of your day. See the daily habits worth tracking after 40.

Common questions
How do I start a 30-day walking challenge with friends?
Start a circle in the HealthBrew app, pick walking, choose 30 days, and send the link in any chat. Friends install the app, open the link, and they are in.
Does it count my steps automatically?
No. HealthBrew does not read steps from your phone or watch. Each person checks in: a tap, a stopwatch time, or the miles they walked.
Is it free for my friends?
Yes. Joining and checking in are free. Only the person who starts the circle needs a membership.
How many people can join?
Up to 25 people, including you.
What if someone misses a day?
Nothing happens. There is no penalty and no ranking. They check in again tomorrow.
Can we go longer than 30 days?
Yes. Circles run 30, 60, or 90 days, and the organizer can run it again with the same group when it ends.
