Set it up
- Open HealthBrew and start a circle. Starting one needs a membership.
- Pick the kind: a habit everyone does daily, a goal you add up together, or kindness you log whenever it happens.
- Choose 30, 60, or 90 days and one way to check in: a tap, the stopwatch, a timestamp, a number, or a short note.
- Tap Invite friends and send the link in any chat.

Tips that keep a group going
- Pick something small enough to do on a bad day. Twenty minutes beats an hour.
- Check in early yourself. People follow the organizer.
- Tap Cheer when someone shows up. It is the whole point.
- Missed days don't knock anyone out, so say so in the invite.

Only the organizer needs a membership. Everyone you invite joins and checks in free.
How many people can I invite?
Up to 25 people per circle, including you.
How long can a challenge run?
30, 60, or 90 days. When it ends, you can run it again with the same group.
Do my friends need iPhones?
No. HealthBrew is on iPhone and Android.
What do members see about each other?
