Two ways to run it
- Add up steps togetherGoal circle
Set a target for each person, like 200,000 steps in 30 days. Everyone types in their steps, and the circle total climbs past each marker as the group adds up.
- Hit your number every dayHabit circle
Pick a daily number, like 7,000 steps, and check in with one tap when you reach it.
Set it up in two minutes
- Open HealthBrew and start a goal circle.
- Choose 30, 60, or 90 days, turn on number check-ins, and type "steps" as the unit.
- Send the link. Up to 25 people, you included.
Read your number, then type it in
HealthBrew does not read your phone or watch. Each evening, glance at your step count and type it in. It takes a few seconds, and it works with any phone or watch your friends use.
Want it to stick past the last day? It helps to track it next to the rest of your day. See how to track a daily routine in a minute a night.

Common questions
Does it sync steps from my phone or watch?
No. HealthBrew does not read steps from any device. Each person types in their own count, so it works whatever phone or watch they use.
Is there a leaderboard?
No. The circle adds everyone up toward one total. Nobody is ranked.
Is it free for my friends?
Yes. Joining and checking in are free. Only the person who starts the circle needs a membership.
How many people can join?
Up to 25 people, including you.
What if someone misses a day?
Nothing happens. There is no penalty and no ranking. They check in again tomorrow.
